Directions
Cheese Sauce:
1.In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat and stir in flour.
2. Add milk and reduce heat to low.
3. Stir in Cheddar cheese slowly until melted.
Nachos:
1. Slice each bell pepper in half and then in half again, remove stem and deseed.
2. Brown ground beef in a pan and add taco seasoning according to the directions on the package.
3. Prepare cheese sauce according to the directions above.
4. Line sliced bell peppers on a cookie sheet or baking tray and top with ground beef, nacho cheese, diced red onion and tomato, sliced jalapeños and sprinkle with shredded Black Creek Sharp Cheddar.
5. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until shredded Cheddar is melted.
6. Top with sour cream and serve.
