Add about 1 inch of water to small pot over medium heat; bring to a boil. Add in broccoli florets and cover with lid. Steam for 3 to 4 minutes or until broccoli is fork tender. Drain water, sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Heat small saucepot over low heat; add milk and cayenne pepper. Bring milk to a scald (small bubbles begin to appear around outside edges), then add half of Cheddar cheese spread and stir gently. Once cheese begins to soften, whisk until smooth. Repeat with remaining cheese. Remove from heat and serve warm over steamed broccoli.
