Black Creek® Cheddars are conscientiously cultivated under the watchful eye of a Certified Master Cheesemaker. Black Creek® Double Smoked Cheddar is naturally aged for nine months to produce a distinctive flavor profile that’s rich and creamy with a pleasant sharpness. After careful aging, the cheese is then smoked twice using applewood for a slightly sweet, smoky flavor. Use Black Creek® Double Smoked Cheddar to spice up burgers and grilled chicken or serve atop pasta dishes.
